Да нет, это тоже обычный омкум, причём не первой свежести...
3600 - это я примерно говорил, в современном омкуме 3690 записей.
Получается, что дополнительные коды есть только в AR_BASE_UL, причём там их до фига и навалено всё в кучу - и старые названия, и альтернативные, и упразднённые улицы. Надо копать поле SOST.
