Bangkok In Person Mini Meetup 20 June 17.30-18.30

A couple of us are visiting Bangkok next week and  have set up a meet-up with the community folks on Monday evening at 5:30  PM, we would love to invite all the community members in Bangkok to  come down and have some mappy conversations!
Location: Starbucks at Rasa Two Building Phetchaburi (OSM)
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Thank you for coming everyone. We had some good, constructive conversations about:
- mapping at scale
- the limitations of the documentation (and mistakes at scale)
- making available Grab's GPS track data
- using the same toolchain and processes for Grab and community
- the start of discussions for better tracking of organized mappings by using a single contributor's id and a backend that can be used to manage feedback (think corporate owned twitter accounts)
- getting more contributors using StreetComplete
- making multilingual maps
- frank discussions on previous mistakes and what has since been done to improve quality and rectify mistakes

It was a good Meetup all round, with high energy levels, new friends and connections made, and the seeds for future collaboration planted.
