Colour CSS Level 3 Values

Hello,
i would like to ask if it is okay to use CSS Level 3 Colour Values for the colour Tag and if there is there is any rendering support at the moment. The wiki article only mentions that that is not used. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:colour

The background of my question is that a friend wants to tag wall and roof colours in her town but the 16 basic CSS colours are a way too basic. So before starting this bigger project and having to retag all buildings at the end I want so ask how the community is dealing with this topic.

I usually use RGB hex codes for a certain colour. If there’s no certain colour, I trust in material rendering.

There are several tools to find the colour code. For example

=> https://demo.f4map.com/#lat=49.4508363&lon=11.0786978&zoom=19&camera.theta=50.157&camera.phi=-42.399

Awhile back, I created a simple tool to copy and paste the CSS color list in HEX form.
