Looks that they have their own Tile Server and our beloved OSM map is used in Kremlin HQ I’m curious that OSM community imagine such usage for our project (what about license which permit such usage for benefit of humanity) Probably we all volunteers involved in OSM are just bunch of “usefully idiots” citation from Lenin
