Who comments on Proposals (want RFC feedback)?

OSM Peps:

I submitted some time ago a proposed tag for Library Drop-off locations and moved to Proposal into a Request for Comments (RFC) status but at the moment no one that has viewed the proposal, which a decent amount have, have actually clicked and commented on the post.

Is this typical for RFC periods to get little or no comments? What is the policy for this is it somewhat a silence is acceptance policy for OSM or the other way around?

In any case as just curious what peoples thoughts on this are and while I’m at it might as well phish for some comments while I’m at it.

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal_process#Propose_2 The “request” has to be sent to the Tagging mailing list. I don’t see yours in https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2021-June/thread.html ? This is why the email archive link needs to be included in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/amenity=library_dropoff#External_discussions .
