amenity=yes is not really a useful combination.
I would also probably suggest following other types of barriers on waterways (e.g. weir)

Hi Daniel, my suggestion is to map it is a (water)pump house with a regulation function as industrial complex, the note trash rack has put me on the wrong leg, I thought about the rubble that has been stranded after drifting around.
I would not make a proposal to bring it to a key and value.
I expect there to be some surrounding concrete beams as well, they are all part of the complex.
