Utility to add steep sections as waypoints?

Hello,

Before leaving for bike trips, I’d like to have steep sections included as waypoints in the GPX file I use on my smartphone.

Is there a utility that can do that?

Unless I missed it, neither CLI-based GpsBabel nor Web-based GpsVisualizer includes that feature.

Try osmand or Brouter, the have both that option.

I do use BRouter to draw routes on the computer, but didn’t see the option of including steep sections in the GPX.

The “Include Waypoints” option only adds the start/end points.

I’ll write a script.

In layers something like " route quality"
Or isn’t that what you meaning?
