ferry route not used in planning

I've updated a ferry properties, as it now allows private autos

https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/690540373 , had set motor_vehicle    yes

even though I can see the feature updated, the route planner does not build routes through it.

The ferry terminal in the north is not connected to the highway (also the pier is not connected)

Also you could set

ferry=tertiary

for that way

In addition to the previous points, the access tags seem inconsistent and thus not easy for a router to interpret (bicycle=yes and motor_vehicle=yes, but vehicle=no - the latter implies that neither motor vehicles nor bicycles can use it),

Also note that routing engines can take quite a while to update their data (not specific to ferries).
