Online site draw to draw and download radius?

Hello,

Is there an online site that lets users 1) draw a radius over a map and 2) download it (as GPX or KML)?

The following two sites do the job, but have a few issues:

  1. https://www.freemaptools.com/radius-around-point.htm
    Based on Google API
    Didn’t pay for the license introducted in 2018, so shows “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”
    No option to export as GPX

  2. https://kml4earth.appspot.com/circlegen.html
    Based on Google API
    Doesn’t display map
    Must type lat lat + lon
    No option to export as GPX

What OSM elements do you want to download? Nodes, ways, relations, POIs streets boundaries? Or all available data?

IIRC overpass-api and thus overpass-turbo.eu has a parameter “around” …
