Concession in the Pacific
Hi, doing research on economic interests in the Pacific, I'd like to draw concession limits onto the map of that part of the world. I've got a series of historical coordinates. How to proceed ? I've never actively used OSM...

Can you please explain "concession limits"? I couldn't find that term in wikipedia.
I assume these are some kind of boundary regarding commercial interests?
