Lotnisko Iwonicz
Excuse me for writing in English.
Changeset 89188567 removes node 6696719276 , describing the airfield Iwonicz. I have no local knowledge, so this may be correct, if the aerodrome has completely disappeared from the landscape. But that seems little plausible. The more so that it is still mentioned, as being active, on the usually quite reliable dlapilota.pl
The airfield may perhaps be closed, or even abandoned; but if so, there should be added the appropriate tag like disused=yes or it could even be changed to disused:aeroway=aerodrome
A complete removal smells of vandalism to me. Could someone with local knowledge kindly take a look?
Thanks in advance,

Re: Lotnisko Iwonicz
Chodzi tutaj o byłe lotnisko "Iwonicz" położone w Targowiskach. Teren został wykupiony przez miasto Krosno. W 2021 roku miasto poszerzy swoje granice o to byłe lotnisko.

Re: Lotnisko Iwonicz
( if the machine translated that correctly) I agree that IF the aerodrome is no longer active, THEN it is best to tag it accordingly. But my question is first of all: "what is the actual status of this airfield?" Since other sources mark it as being existant and active, I should be glad to see (verifyable) information from mappers with local knowledge.

Which other sources?
https://dlapilota.pl/wiadomosci/dlapilo … dencji-ulc specifically mentions that airport is no longer active - "Polska Agencja Żeglugi Powietrznej poinformowała o aktualizacja przez Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego wykazu lotnisk i związanej z tym likwidacji lotniska Iwonicz".
" The more so that it is still mentioned, as being active, on the usually quite reliable dlapilota.pl"
is dlapilota.pl self-contradicting? Which was date of update of what you checked? Is it after or before https://dlapilota.pl/wiadomosci/dlapilo … dencji-ulc ? Maybe airport deactivation was cancelled?
https://krosno24.pl/informacje/od-1-sty … asta-i3723 - airport is explicitly described as former, but some infrastructure appears to be existing.

Re: Lotnisko Iwonicz
Ok, Mateusz, thank you, I will mark the aerodrome as "closed" then, at some other resources.
Perhaps you could find a way to update the nice people at dlapilota?
And perhaps it would be a good idea to mark the runways as "disused:aeroway", too.
Kind regards,
Karel

Where they claim that this airport is open?

Why? Disused aeroway is still aeroway, unlike disused shop that is no longer shop or disused aerodrome that is no longer an aerodrome.

Re: Lotnisko Iwonicz
Well, err, I find it a bit difficult to imagine the runways being NOT disused if the aerodrome is...
