Tagging "daylight headlight section"
How do you tag a length of highway designated as a "daylight headlight section"?
Background: in California, the use of headlights during daylight hours is generally optional. Only on some very specific sections of highway the use of headlights is required 24h. These are typically roads with heavy traffic, high speeds, no center divider and/or frequent fog.

Search taginfo or make up something and document it. Someone seems to have used daytime_headlight=yes a few times, and also a typoed ("daytime_headlinghts") version of that.
