Direction of way
Please, I am new, how I can change in osm that the direction of way is above, now always north is above, I want that above on my display is the direction eher I drive. Sorry my English is not so good. Please help me

The question is what software or gps device you are using. On Garmin devices there is an option "Setup Map"->"Orientation"->"Track up" (instead of "North up")

You haven't "started OSM", you have started some app - unknown to us - that uses OSM. OSM is a database, and there are many apps that use it.
If you have further questions, identifying the app will go a long way toward getting a useful answer.
