Здравствуйте, нужно создать кадастровую карту города Стерлитамак в MapInfo или Qgis
Нужен совет ,с чего начать?кто таким занимался

Думаю стоит начать с получения квалификационного аттестата кадастрового инженера. Согласно закону без него нельзя выполнять кадастровые работы.
