Create a sine lane using JOSM

Hello everyone,
I would like to create a customized OSM file, which describes a** sine with dwell lane**.
I am new to JOSM and would like to know how to generate sine-shaped lane using JOSM.
If not possible, are there any alternative tools that make sine lane creation possible?
