Just wondering how to best map a newly erected or designated COVID-19 testing site, and if there is some kind of consensus on how to tag etc… I dont see much info on this. I think it would be useful in the current situation.
I spent about 10-min looking for threads on the same topic but nothing I was looking for.

Remove the hogwash and it is just a health facility. The start_date makes clear that it is new.
