Improving of Feedback systems

Hi guys, I need your help. As you know HOT’s products strengthen and users increase on a daily basis, I want to ensure that technical support requests and feedback are gathered from all users within the HOT community in a way that is standardized across all it’s products. Lets strengthen current **Technical Support and Feedback systems ** which will be beneficial for everyone. I would like to hear any comments on current system, what is your experience? what would you like to change? and what’s are your expectations?
