Possible personal information leak in Trat Province, Thailand.
Hi, everyone! I don't know the right way to post this info here, but...
Some edits from jarinya manola has a personal information in names (OSMCha link to his edits https://osmcha.mapbox.com/?filters=%7B% … 2%7D%5D%7D).
For example, this area with buildings https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?chan … /102.62920.

Re: Possible personal information leak in Trat Province, Thailand.
Are you saying they put the owners' names into the name field for each house? Have you tried contacting the account?
If you have no luck email the data working group for assistance.
Regards,
Peter.

Yes, my Thai gf confirmed they are family names going into the name= field.
I have written the new user a message, but unfortunately not in Thai.
We noticed you are adding the names of the house owners for some buildings you have recently drawn in.
Adding the names of the family that lives there is not correct and may violate their privacy.
If the building has a name, you should use the addr:housename= * tag
Regards
Hopefully he will take on board.

Data Working Group are aware of the problem and dealing with it. We haven't yet managed to find out who is behind the task (and there's no organised editing documentation for it) but I hope we'll be able to discuss with them in due course.
