Where to put my emailadress for downloading routable maps

I selected maps in http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/
In the past I saw where to put my emailadress, but I don’t see it anymore. It should be in the field: Request your map or download it directly:
(Make a selection first) but no possibility.
