Iranian OSM Community decided to add Farsi words for “Street”, “Alley”, “Boulevard”, “Roundabout” etc, as it is reflected on Road signs to comply with ground truth data and OSM wiki as many other countries do, they will be added by default until someone posts a picture of the sign that doesn’t have the word on it.
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Iran/Tagging_rules will be corrected respectedly.
