I am entirely new to OSM, I would like to write an application which will draw circles of a specified radius around every house in a specific region, basically visualising which areas of a map are X distance away from any houses. As I said I am completely new to this so if someone can point me to somewhere good to learn the basics and the tools used to do what I want to acheive that would be much appreciated. Thanks
