This forum seems pretty quiet considering the size of the project. Where does most of the online discussion for UK mapping take place?
Quite a lot of it is in various international forums (the help site, github, IRC, that sort of thing). Most UK-specific stuff is in https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-gb (for GB) and https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-ie (for the island of Ireland).
