Is there a way to get notified if someone changes something I worked on?
Not that I am aware of. However you can set up a RSS feed to monitor changes in a particular area using https://simon04.dev.openstreetmap.org/whodidit/
I do that for the areas that I care strongly about. Most of the edits it reports are mine but it does alert me when some other mapper changes things in “my” area. I usually review those changes and most of the time I agree with the out of area mapper. If not, then I add a change set comment, etc.
