Do i give permission when joining for my tracks to be sold in android apps ?
When you create an OSM account you agree to the Contributor Terms https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Contributor_Terms which grants the OpenStreetMap Foundation the license to redistribute your work, for now under the ODbL https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Database_License, in the future it could be a different license. These rights explicitly include commercial use, so other people or organisations are permitted to sell OSM data that you have contributed.
