Tile-server not working in Romania

Hello.
From over 2 weeks tile-server not working from Romania. What should we do? We have changesets closed from the end of july and until now tiles didnt update to reflect changes… If i set in browser a transparent proxy from Germany , or France, everything seems to come to normal…

Which tile server? Is it one that you set up?
