I think now is Malaysia Federal Route 149 (FT149), but OSM display those roads as P181/P172.
If you’ve travelled across the route recently, and seen any changes, then you may go ahead.
Ok, maybe those are old coding.
Penang has taught me a lot, especially with road references.

The (adjacent) road references (like the above 3-way intersectional sign sample) might not be correct. Instead, look for a single sign like this:
… which could be erected anywhere across the road!
