I want to complete missing uic_ref in France (visualization of station without uic_ref: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/yx3)). The SNCF Open Data Portal provides a dataset which would be perfect to complete the data: https://ressources.data.sncf.com/explore/dataset/referentiel-gares-voyageurs/information/
But I do not speak French, so https://data.sncf.com/pages/cgu/A1#A1 does not help me. Does anybody of the French OSM community know if it is allowed to use SNCF Open Data as a source for OpenStreetMap?
