I had this ;
“Editing failed - make sure JOSM or Merkaartor is loaded and the remote control option is enabled”
FIXED it with this link ; https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/2208/how-do-i-enable-the-remote-control-in-josm , and my problem is solved → “To fix it, go to https://127.0.0.1:8112/ and accept invalid certificate.”
