Why aren't these dentist buildings being rendered?

I mapped a local clinic and dentists, but only the clinic is being rendered as a building, whereas the dentists building is not rendered.

Did I make a mistake?

There is no tag indicating that this way/area is a building

The clinic is not being rendered as a building, either. The default map style chooses to render the amenity, in the case of the clinic, but that clinic could be in the open air as far as the data is concerned. It is too soon to see how the Humanitarian layer will handle this.

Ah, my understanding was that marking amenity implicitly set building attributes.

An open air clinic makes perfect sense.
