Cafe, Bar,.... how to map?
Hola,
in Spain many poi labeled like "Bar, Cafe, Restaurant..." in German a Restaurant normal will define other.
How die the Spain this pois you can found many in villages where espaniol drink their Cafe con Lerche, Beer in the evening or meets other neighbours?
What is primary tag?

Well, you can choose one of the following:
amenity: bar
amenity: cafe

No. Probably they hasn't a "primary" tag, as the primary activity changes according to the hour of the day.
In cases like this i put two nearby nodes, which differs only in the amenity tag.
