You can do this yourself!
I'd start by reading the links from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Beginners'_guide . That describes how to collect the data and make the edit. You won't be able to use google.ca as a data source, so you'll need to go there yourself. Personally I'd collect a couple of GPS traces by walking around it - you should be able to use your phone for this.
The first time you select the "edit" option at OpenStreetMap.org it'll take you through a short tutorial explaining how to use the editor.
