Spannend-traurige OSM-Verwendung: Bleibelastungen in den USA
Falls nicht schon bekannt: Reuters hat eine eindrucksvolle Karte zu Bleibelastungen (bzw. Bleivergiftungen) von Kindern in den USA, erstellt mit Leaflet/OSM-Daten:

Der Artikel dazu steht auf derselben Seite. Das Bleiproblem war in den USA u.a. wegen der langjährigen grob fahrlässigen Vergiftung sämtlicher Einwohner von Flint (Michigan) bekannt geworden; dazu sehr lesenswert – wenn auch ohne OSM-Bezug – die Faktensammlung des bekannten Dokumentarfilmers Michael Moore, der aus Flint stammt: http://michaelmoore.com/10FactsOnFlint/
