JOSM: unable to download a changeset
A few users have spotted a series of changesets by "margonotmango" in Cambridge, MA, that break continuity of many roads. They have to be reverted, but JOSM cannot download a changeset due to I/O error (read times out). One example is changeset #44170250. Is there any way around it?

I have been able to download by increasing the "I/O timeout" counts in preferences.
