Abstimmung für das Proposal zu "location transitions" ist aktiv
Auf der Tagging-Liste hat François Lacombe die Abstimmung zu seinem Proposal "location transitions" bekannt gegeben.
Mit dem neuen Tag können Lageübergänge von Objekten als Node gekennzeichnet werden. Beispiel: Wenn sich die Lage einer Leitung von location=underground auf location=overground ändert (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Key:location), kann der Node am Übergang entsprechend erfasst werden.

Kapiere ich nicht, wofür das gut sein soll.
Freiluftleitung endet, am Mast geht ein Kabel nach unten und dann unterirdisch weiter. Auf dem Land nix besonderes.
Bloss lästig, dass man dann alle 10 Meter nachgraben muss, wo das Kabel lang geht
