It looks plausible but it’s clearly imported (unfortunately I can’t find from where he is copying them).
Some nodes have the names truncated like https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3776562018 (note that it should be “Sitio Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora” and not only “Sitio Nossa Senhora Auxiliad”).
They are all missing some accents in the words.
Also note that he doesn’t answer:
