[QA]Nextbike sharing systems in OSM

Hello!

I made some time ago python script, that compares data from Nextbike and OSM and makes html site with differences for Quality Assurance. After some bug fixing and feature adding with polish community I want to share with You with this script. Script is working on my server and updates data every day about midnight EET(UTC +2).
