utf8 and Osmosis
Trying to add osm data to a mysql database but even if my table is set to utf8_general_ci Cyrillic is still getting added as a bunch of question marks. Is this a problem with osmosis? something I need to set as if I add Cyrillic manually to my database it is fine.
