Administrative Boundary & Highway on same line
Hello,
I use JOSM to edit OSM. Near me there are a lot of cases where there is a highway on an administrative boundary. If I'm trying to edit the highway it can be hard to select and in some cases I've been unable to select it. Is there a good way in JOSM to select the way you would like when two of them are on top of each other? Would I be better off using a different editor?

If you use a mouse with third key in the middle, try to click and hold the middle key when over two objects that have the same position. Release mouse key when the wanted object is highlighted.
