Noch zwei triviale Ergänzungen. In der Ersetzungsvorschrift
d / D / de / De / GER / Deutschland / Germany -> DEsind "d" und "D" neu hinzugekommen. Wenn sich jemand wundert, warum erst jetzt - ich weiß es selbst nicht. Erstaunlicherweise kommen "d" und "D" ziemlich selten vor.
