Якщо мова про http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/38649672, то судячи з Яндекс-Панорам там шестиполосна дорога.
Скоріше навіть на неї треба переставити автодорогу Р-10 і підняти її до primary.

Там багато, ще чого, наприклад, Living street замість residential та track замість service + unpaved/dirt
