Springs and place names (bulk name:he and name:en addings)
I received a request from Harel to fix the translations for several things so I helped him and provided him a table and he did the most translation work.
Then I uploaded the data via buld upload tool from Dimitry.
Here some details, so everybody knows what has been done.
