Ein Lkw-Verbot, Lieferverkehr frei in nur eine Richtung tagge ich mit
hgv:forward=delivery (bzw. je nach Richtung backward)
Passt das?

Ja, wenn du noch entweder "hgv=no" oder "hgv:backward=no" dabei stehen hast, um die Regelung für die Gegenrichtung festzulegen.
(Kann ggf. überflüssig sein, wenn hgv an dem Weg schon aus anderen Gründen im Allgemeinen verboten ist.)
