Can anybody explain what column titled “…” indicates?
In my version of JOSM that column is titled “CT”. It is for whether that user has accepted the new contributor terms.
It has symbols for whether or not a user has accepted the contributor terms. Something like this:
- green tick means that user has accepted
- grey tick means that user has auto accepted (ie the agreed when they first registered with OSM)
- red cross means declined
- blank means undecided
Though it seems there was a bug in JOSM, which meant was showing accepted users as undecided. This is fixed in the latest version of JOSM, though not in the current ‘tested’ version. See http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/7172
