Аналогичная фигня случилась сегодня. JOSM 1975 и "последний" 1981. Инет вайфай, вроде все форумы-гугли-скайпы работают нормально, скорость 2М. Нина что не ругается, просто минут пять висит "Открывается список правок" потом еще столько-же "Закрывается список правок", потом вываливается mb "Ошибка выгрузки в OSM API - java.net.SocketException: unexpected end of file from server."
Вчера вечером все работало.
upd. Проблема решилась заменой провайдера на другой wifi. Видимо список правок работает через спецпорт, который бывает закрыт.
