Hello,
Is it possible to include a OpenStreetMap into Nagios?
The card should show the stats from the hosts.

Yes, but I don't think it's something that has been done yet.
You'd have to add an OpenLayers map to a nagios frontpage, which is fairly simple (lots of examples around (search in the wiki for openlayers)). Then add markers to the map and e.g. use different colors based upon the server state but you somehow need to get the server state information from nagios (that is the part that needs most work I guess).
