I live in Germany near the Dutch border and want to help tagging especially bicyle-ways, because I did’nt find any in my region. Do you have a special standardization for the Dutch residential streets parallel to the main streets?
Do you have spezial tags for bicycle lanes, which a only separated from the main street by a dashed line?
I started my work in Vaals.

The resident streets parallel to the main road (in Dutch “ventweg”) I usually tag with highway=unclassified. If there is a dashed line or (red) coloured part of the road for cyclist, cycleway=lane (or cycleway=opposite_lane in a one-way street). If the bicycle lane is a separate road besides the main road I tag it as highway=cycleway
