Как создать видео эволюции покрытия ОСМ
Задача заключается в создании ролика, аналогичного этому http://vimeo.com/16148954 (Evolution of German OpenStreetMap coverage)
на любую территорию.
Как можно получить данные для анализа истории развития базы на несколько лет? такие данные существуют? к ним есть публичный доступ? Или это только у компаний типа geofabrik.de в архивах может быть?

Я тоже считаю, что нужно перебираться на вики.
