Hi all
On wednesday, in a professional capacity, I attended a GIS industry conference held here in Belfast by the AGI (the Association for Geographic Information).
All very interesting, the usual commercial GIS applications etc etc etc.
The very last speaker that afternoon was a fella called Dermot Mcnally, there representing you guys.
It really caught my attention, and the concept really appeals to me, so here I am!
I currently work in town planning, specifically with GIS (Arcmap for those interested!) here in Northern Ireland.
Hopefully Ill get a chance to start capturing a bit of data soon!
