is it possible that my development-account got banned for submitting gps-traces via the api ? I had a little issue when I submitted traces that were created, while just* standing around*. Sorry
The account-name is ‘andnav’ and it would be fine if it could be reenabled. Thanks.

I don’t think you will be banned for uploading non-useful traces. If you are sure your usernamen and password are correct then send a mail to Tom Hughes, he’s one of the OSM core administrators.
Needless to say that uploading of useless traces should be avoided ofcourse 
Well… I just realized that anonymous accounts have been banned before (bugmenot.com) so this might be bannable too. (Not saying that is the issue now, rather it can be an issue later)
