New wiki template: Taginfo entry

Hello, I just made my first wiki template: Taginfo entry. It counts tag or key usage statistics from taginfo.

Just a simple way to make a cell in table with a counter.

You can also choose statistics for a specific region
(now only Russia, but I will be happy to add any country that has statistics in taginfo)

It is also possible to make a convenient sorting by the number of uses

Please write what you think about it. It may be useful for other purposes. I am also considering adding more functionality to it.
